Richard was very knowledgeable about the process of selling my house and helped mu understand any thing I was unfamiliar with. He was also very up to date with the legalities of the business. He has surrounded himself with a very helpful, friendly and action oriented team, who made the whole daunting reading and signature gathering very easy. I was also happy with the price I received for my house. : )

Richard is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable about the process, the area and the financials. The most important part is that my wife and I trust him. You will never look at real estate agents in the same way again.

Richard was - hands down - the BEST realtor I have worked with. First, his market assessment and recommendation for a price was spot on. His suggestions for staging our home were excellent and are probably one of the reasons we sold it so quickly, and with multiple offers. Richard is also very connected within San Diego and knows the town. He did an outstanding job marketing the property, and also used the breadth of his professional connections to get the word out beyond the typical marketing strategies. Richard also found us a rental house to stay in until we are ready to purchase our next house (we're taking our time) and will also represent us in the purchase. Professionally, Richard exceeded all of our expectations; and personally, he is an absolute pleasure to work with - responsive, honest, and fun! We can imagine using any other realtor - thanks for the fantastic experience!
